It is not a company blog and not a place for announcements about ourselves &mdash; it is the place you come to when you want to know how one of our apps works, what changed in the latest version, or how to get help.<\/p>\n<p>Everything here is written for people who already have the app on their device. We read everything that arrives.<\/p>\n<p>If you are reporting a problem, four details make the difference between a quick fix and a week of guessing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Device and iOS version<\/strong> &mdash; for example, iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 26.1<\/li>\n<li><strong>App version<\/strong> &mdash; shown at the bottom of the settings screen<\/li>\n<li><strong>What you did<\/strong> &mdash; the steps that led to the problem<\/li>\n<li><strong>What you expected<\/strong> &mdash; and what actually happened<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A screenshot or a short screen recording helps more than a paragraph of description.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s next<\/h2>\n<p>We are filling out the site in the order people need it: a guide for each app, then a set of answers to the questions we are asked most often, then a running record of what changes in every release.
