Welcome to @MeAI — support and news for our iOS apps

Welcome to @MeAI. This site went live on 21 October 2026, and it exists for a single reason: to support the iOS apps we build. It is not a company blog and not a place for announcements about ourselves — it is the place you come to when you want to know how one of our apps works, what changed in the latest version, or how to get help.

Everything here is written for people who already have the app on their device. Each post covers one product, explains a feature in enough detail to be useful, and points you at the next step — whether that is downloading, upgrading, or sending us a message.

What you’ll find here

  • Product news — when an app gains something worth explaining, it gets a post that shows what it does and how to use it, with screenshots from the real app.
  • How-to guides — step-by-step walkthroughs for the tasks people ask about most.
  • Answers to real questions — the questions that arrive in our inbox more than once get written up properly, so the next person finds the answer without waiting for a reply.
  • Version notes — what shipped, what was fixed, and anything you may need to do after updating.

Our apps

Three apps are on the App Store today. Each download link opens the store for your own country automatically.

App What it does Get it
RFCReaderPlus Every IETF RFC in plain text, PDF and HTML, with full-index search and favourites that flag obsolete or superseded documents.

Download
CodeInsight Open tar, tar.gz and zip archives without unpacking them and read large C source trees with syntax highlighting and a ctags symbol index.

RFCReader Pro Our earlier RFC reader, still available on the App Store and still maintained. Download

Getting help

The fastest way to reach us is email: alvanf.long@gmail.com. We read everything that arrives.

If you are reporting a problem, four details make the difference between a quick fix and a week of guessing:

  • Device and iOS version — for example, iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 26.1
  • App version — shown at the bottom of the settings screen
  • What you did — the steps that led to the problem
  • What you expected — and what actually happened

A screenshot or a short screen recording helps more than a paragraph of description.

What’s next

We are filling out the site in the order people need it: a guide for each app, then a set of answers to the questions we are asked most often, then a running record of what changes in every release. Product news will keep appearing here whenever there is something new to show.

If there is something you expected to find and did not, that is worth telling us too — it goes on the list.
